I thought the Batuu interactions and characters were locked in Batuu? my new sim just encountered one in the Eco Lifestyle world, she had the whole outfit on and when you click on her the interaction...

Me too. He is Agnon, and when I go to Batuu, I am also missing his friend Kylo Ren. This means that sims can't join the first order. When this is missing and all the missions that belongs to it, I cant bring myself to buy a new expansion pack until it has been fixed. Some of the more challenging missions for the other two destinations are bugged too.
