I thought the Batuu interactions and characters were locked in Batuu? my new sim just encountered one in the Eco Lifestyle world, she had the whole outfit on and when you click on her the interaction...

I also thought the people from Batuu were supposed to stay locked in Batuu. I often see them working out at the gym, selling food in the market stalls, and attending events. Is this intended??
