The backsplash from the kitchen clutter kit is supposed to be used in a tileable way, but due to light, it looks really bad. All the tiles here use the same swatch of course.
Ideas
Just did a quick test and switched the shader used by the mesh to use the Counter one, it looks better even if that's a little bit dark (but it matches the objects around). If you want this temporary fix, you can grab it here : https://simfileshare.net/download/5428135/ (won't mark the object as CC as it only overrides the mesh).
