I'm on PC and every time I try to move my Sims out of their house into another one I just built their money gets deleted and I also opt for the 'keep furniture' when moving and their furniture disappears too. I've repaired the game twice, restarted and updated my laptop. No mods and still doesn't work!! Extremely frustrating... Stuck in this house with my sim.
Also happens when cheats are turned off
