Laundry, Garbage and Dishes Can't be moved by mouse

Used to be able to move dirty laundry into clothe hampers, garbage into trash cans and dirty dishes into sink/dishwasher/garbage cans by dragging computer mouse. Since July 1 update this has not worked.
