[LBMBLE] Lady Bridgerton event not registering log-ins

Console gamer here, having the same issue, everything is locked on the event no matter how many times I open and close the game.

I %100 agree with you on that. Why make events of it's not gonna work on every device. Just waist of time and puts a bad rep on the sims 4 team to be honest.

Omg so I still having same issues with this event I can't claim anything. I restarted my console, uninstalled my game several times.

I play on PS5. I have 3/3 check ins for all 4 weeks and it STILL says all the rewards are locked. I have restored licenses, restarted game/PS5 multiple times, and I cannot log out of my EA account until November according to the EA website. Any advice? I was really looking forward to this event and I feel let down

Today I logged in for the last time needed for the Bridgerton Event to claim the last 2 rewards. But now it says that I have 0/3 Check-Ins everywhere and can't claim anything. 
I do have the items build items of the first 3 weeks and the first 2 of week 4, but the CAS items aren't anywhere, and the trait and last letter isn't claimable or anywhere in the game for me to choose.

I play in PS4 Console and have logged in during the log in reward event that is currently ongoing right now. The event acknowledges that I have logged in, indicated by the 3/3 log in count, however when trying to redeem the items, they are still locked and ask me to log in again to claim them, even though I already had, and they are not showing up in my CAS or Build Buy menu. I have come back day after day, and relogged multiple times but to no avail. If anyone has any solution to this please share, or has anyone else also had this issue?

These event things are a BIG MESS!!!!    EA/MAXIS needs to stop doing them and just let us play our game (the game we payed over $1,500 to play).  If EA/MAXIS wants to give us something for free because we continue to play the game, just do it, no strings attached.   Please STOP forcing these manipulative hoops for players to jump through.
