I am trying to complete Alice's Sorrow Quest. I have to talk with Freddy, which is one of her kids but I can't select the "Ask about Alice’s Sorrow" option. It's not active on Freddy, so I can't continue the task.

I'm having the same issue. If I try to talk to Freddy or Edith, the Ask about Alice's Sorrow option is greyed out. I already asked her and I can't ask again. VERY FRUSTRATING.
Same here. Alice's Sorrow is active but some how I can't select the "Ask about Alice’s Sorrow" option on Freddy. I just can chat or listen to rumors, that's all.
Are you guys all playing without mods ?
Done this several times and never had an issue.
Same. I completed it for one sim but can't do it for another sim. I've already talked to Alice and can't ask Freddy about Alice's Sorrow.

Yes, anyone know a fix for this yet? I don’t play with mods, but have CC. Already checked for corrupt files and deleted broken CC, opened the game without CC and still can’t
