I've been playing The Sims most of this day after yesterday's update and as I implied in the title, sims in my household keep randomly getting "Defeated Death" and "Supernaturally Skilled" moodlets for no reason. It already happened like eight times, I get at least one of these two moodlets a day. And yes, Grim's nowhere in sight. I'm stuck on my lot with my todlers and I certainly didn't challenge him lol. It's not game-breaking but it is really bothersome, especially when the "Supernaturally Skilled" tense moodlet overpowers everything else. Not sure how to fix it. The only mod I use is MCCC and I updated it yesterday before I started playing with the new EP.

I noticed he was playing ping pong with another housemember, never once have I seen the reaper so this is impossible
This is a known bug that occurs in the game. Playing Ping Pong can earn you either the 'supernaturally gifted' or 'defeated death' moodlets, no matter what sim(s) you are playing against. It has nothing to do with mod use, or anything "wrong" with your particular installation of the game, it is a bug.
There is a mod available that fixes it, for those on PC who are willing to use mods.
