Clearly there's no option for me to deliver the errand, no mods interruption, even if the requirement is fufilled. Have done resetting the request several time. There's no such option exist. Playing in the current update patch.

Currently dealing with this. The ghost host also keeps changing, and they sometimes aren’t at afterlife anonymous (will change from Esther to random other filler NPC, that isn’t L&D pack specific). This is the last card I need before I can ask Grim for the death card.
Playing totally vanilla, I have all current packs and updates. No mods, no cheats on. Playing on an XBox series X, if that helps.
I'm trying to complete Esther's second quest to receive the power tarot card. I'm supposed to deliver ghost essence to Esther but the option to give it to her doesn't appear even though I have ghost essence in my inventory. I have no mods.

Yes, they are.
I had the same issue. Had to delete the task.
