Hallowed ground light flickering changes color of all lights and candles to neutral white afterwards. Interestingly, when the lights flicker because the lot type is set to haunted it does NOT mess with light colors.

It's not very bright. Brightness levels stay the same. It is the color of the light that is changing. It goes to neutral white every time after.
Still sounds the same as reported on AHQ and it's easier if titles are the same.
Maybe you could add some pics of what you are seeing. Also sending your save as asked at AHQ would be helpful.
