Any news of fixing this issue?
Obviously not a solution, but I ended up just aging him up to young adult with cas.fulleditmode to avoid the body/face scrunching.....but that's no fun and the Grimborn birthmark turns red. 🤷♀️
I hope they fix this soon!!!!
