Hi,
I have recently noticed that the picture in the legacy family portrait disappears when I exit and run the game again. It appears after I unlock the picture. I removed my mods, and renamed The Sims 4 folder and allowed the game to create another folders. But the problem is still there. Is there a way to solve this problem?

what platform are you playing on ?
I can duplicate. Changing portrait outfit makes it appear again.
I am playing on a laptop (Windows 11). In the meantime, I checked other households, and the portraits were not affected. My sims were living in a duplex (residential rental), and the other part of the duplex was rented to other sims. I moved them in a city apartment, and the portrait was fine. I did not check other households that live in a residential rental building because they were my only sims that owned this kind of property. But I am going to check it tonight with other sims and see whether the problem is still there or not. Thank you for your answer!
I know that it changes if I unlock the portrait and randomize the pose, but I don't want to unlock it because I want to keep it unchanged.
I have investigated this problem, and it seems that this happens when I use and lock the portrait in residential rental buildings. See the attached picture. This is a household that rented the building.
For me it happened unlocked in a standard residential buiding
All I did was hang pic on the wall (outside cause there was no room on the inside), saved and left the game, re-entered, pic was gone.
At least I am not the only one. Maybe they can find a fix for this.
I am back with more news about this bug. It seems that it affects only the new portraits, the old ones are ok.
