This issue seems to be progressing to happen more often for my sim. No mods or cc ever in this installation.
She has been in the reaping career for a good while and is level 10. This is the first time it happened and also the first time my sim showed up to an assignment not dressed in her reaper work outfit. I was able to reset the dead sim and when I did she disappeared from where you see her to a place in the house and I was able to complete the assignment.
Fast forward to a new assignment just now and the issue happens again, only this time I cannot complete the assignment as the reset did not work. I was able to complete everything up to the point of collecting the soul. And then, to top it off (as if my game could get more bizarre), a sim quite literally fell from the sky.
Also it is winter as you can see, and when I clicked the ground it shows shovel snow and all that and if I highlight it I see a message that says there is not enough snow on the ground to do this. Not sure if that is normal as I have not noticed the option being there before when there was no snow. Needless to say no full pay for a job half done. I don't really want to swap careers but I am trying to save for a new house.
