The title is a bit misleading. The issue is not only that the reincarnated sim is not added to an existing household.
We used to be able to use genetics of the chosen parent(s) to reincarnate our sim into a brand new sim that would look like their new parent(s).
This is completely broken and was the biggest feature of this entire DLC. Please fix the reincarnation system completely. It was working perfectly and now the DLC I purchased has been broken by one of your updates.
The only reason this issue does not have more votes is because it is not a feature you use every time you play, so many players might not yet have realized it's broken, but not having it when you do need it has a huge impact on your game.
Can we at least get a confirmation this is being worked on?
Great points! Rebirth is not a feature used every day and EA customers may not realize it is not functioning until they are trying to use it.
Repairing bugs by popular vote is skewed here. Rebirth not working as advertised in the DLC is a large part of [L&D] product we purchased.
