[LD] Uploaded Sims with finished favors can't get all tarot cards

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• To be sure, this is the same Sim that already completed some stuff in the old save but now you can't complete the same tasks as the game thinks you already done them ?

I’ve never used mods or CC before. I tried creating the deck, but I couldn’t complete it because my Sim couldn’t get the card, and the collection didn’t reset in the new save. My Sim viewed the Tarot Tome Shrine before I saved them to the Gallery, and when I loaded them into a new save, my sim can collected all tarot cards but not this high spellcaster card.

Did you do any others before in the old save ?

Sounds like a previously reported issue but need to be sure it's the same.

my tarot collection have 25 but my inventory have 24. I still cant get The high spellcaster card from tome shrine. Shrine not show option "retrieve the missing cards"
