LE: SingleSimResolver with unsupported participant/110:83165b0

Hi.

I've had this issue ever since the august 19th update, here is the info I have so far:

• unable to get passed after the resume loading screen
• removed all mods - game still crashes
• put mods back and through Better Exceptions I received this error (image below)
• I am able to start a new game however, but when I do I always get a white screen before the logo appears.

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

thank you for the LE. That is a known issue.

Please try the following

1. Create a backup of your save game
2. Try loading a different household (try another world if it doesn't work in the same one)
3. If you can load another, save your game.
4. Go back to the map and see if you can now load the other household as well.
5. If not, try closing the game and starting it again and try again.

I opened another household in that save, saved the game, returned to the map, and then reopened the original household, which seemed to work. 

I also opened one of my other save files to check if it was isolated to only this saved world, and it seems to be an isolated incident to this one save.

I am having the same issue. I just paid for another year with EA and can't play. I have done the repair through the app, deleted the EA app., and did a reinstall. I sent in a report and have heard nothing. 

It looks like I have a few Last Exception files. Would you like me to post mine since we are having the same issue?
