Some of my plants are invisible except for the dirt pile and the harvestable. My plants are in a greenhouse-like structure, and if you hover over them, they say sheltered instead of in-season/out-of-season.

I've had this issue for a while now. It doesn't seem to matter whether the plants are in season or not. The harvestables are always floating because the plant itself is invisible (no matter which season it is).
