[LLQE] Royal Enovy does not arrive at Magnolia Park/Not winning chess

I've tried multiple times to use "Call Emissary" to call the Envoy to the lot, but everytime it just circles and completes but she never appears. This has become a blocker to event progress because I am at the point that I NEED to summon her at the Magnolia Park in order to complete the event, and my workaround of switching Played Households doesn't effect Venues such as parks.

Tbpf this never would've been a problem IF I had been good on needs when needing to win a chess game against the envoy, so much that I had to return to my home after getting to the park. But I had to head home, and now because of this bug I'm going to miss out on the Fairy Princess Gown I wanted so badly...this is not right, so I'm reporting the bug with the event as a  last ditch attempt to still get my Fairy Princess Gown.

I'm still experiencing the issue with the call emissary function but I've discovered if you travel to and from the park enough she'll /eventually/ show up for anyone else having this problem.

Also not sure if it's related to this or the resolution, but there's a destroyable "Phone" Icon in my Sims Inventory after switching venues, it doesn't appear to have any other options, but it is weird, as it lets me destroy it, but it just comes back when i travel.

This is happening to me as well. I'm on PS5 and have all packs.

Same issue is happening to me. I'm on PC and have 0 mods or custom content

I'm experiencing the same issue but nothing I tried has helped and when I try to summon her with her ID it says sim not found even though I typed the name right and everything. Also she just disappeared from my relationship panel even though my sims were friends with her so now I can't continue the event to get the dress as well and I was really looking forward to it.

This happens to me as well. if I summon her, she appears briefly but then disappears from the lot within seconds. 

Could you all please provide the following info

• Does it work on a new save ?
• Did you check if you Envoy moved into a house ?

She showed up, we played chess but it seemed to go on for hours. Then she's left and wont come back and the Task is not complete. I cant call her back. On PC, no mods.
