Idk if it’s jus me but I been having this problem for awhile now my build / buy mode takes forever to load it’s been happening for the past few update in on pc I use mods n cc but never had this much...

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
