[LS] Played Sims satisfaction changing when not active household

I originally thought this bug was fixed in  1.116.202/2.14 because of this bug's description saying a symptom of the relationship decay outside of your active household was from the fear of being alo...

I thought they fixed this with the latest update.. but obviously not. Romantic satisfaction goes to zero in a day in every family, played and unplayed. No matter which traits or turn ons i set for the sims. It's like they don't matter at all.
