[LS] Romantic Venue Couples Obsessed With Stargazing (Patch 1.128.90/2.39)

The 1.128 patch meant to fix obsession with stargazing, but the fix implemented simply removed from a bunch of lot types. This isn't fixing the obsession that comes from within the situation. The buff controlling the autonomy has two settings: romance social autonomy, venue couple autonomy. Both get multiplied by 150 if in the situation, but the romance socials has a base value of 0, which means it has no effect if it's multiplied by anything. Please fix this, lovestruck added some needed NPC behavior and it'd be a shame for it to not be fixed :/

The September 22 update promoted this bug as fixed but it's not fixed! All day long new Sims are arriving to stargaze/gaze at clouds and block the tables from having a picnic!

Thanks for taking the time to report the bugs you've experienced after the new update.

Since this report covers two separate bugs, could you please edit your post to focus primarily on the obsession with stargazing?
