I am also having this issue since Lovestruck but only for one Sim that I am aware so far. I did purchase Lovestruck but this Sim was a teen until recently so he could not woohoo previously. The older sims in the household can woohoo. I moved the Sim to a new place, and he invited his girlfriend over who is also a young adult, and they cannot woohoo in the bed or the hot tub or anywhere. They get excited like they are going to and then just nothing. It makes me sad. They are young and in love. I do not play with mods or custom content. I did get a message that described their relationship as wholesome. Do you think they have to get married first?
