[MAC] Trackpad can't be used to move around

I’m not able to use my trackpad to move around it will zoom in and out but nothing else.. it’s really hard to play like this Edit By crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title

And the camera? What gesture on the Trackpad are you trying to use to move around?
