Makeup section grayed out for toddlers

Like the title states, after the latest update the makeup section is grayed out for toddlers only. It wasn’t like this prior to the latest update. I use mods and cc and the makeup section is how I ...

Toddlers don't have a make up option without mods. I haven't updated my game yet (so it's on the version of the game that is before the Feb 25 burglar update) and I also don't have any mods or cc in my game and you can see that the makeup option is greyed out for my toddler, which is how it usually is without mods/cc. I expect whatever mod gave you that option is currently not working.
