Same issue, game was smooth before the 19 August update, I have good pc and switching to dx 9 doesn't do much
I spend days installing different nvidia drivers I thought maybe it's from the drivers ALL other games runs fine
What EA are doing ? Making performance worse on DX 11? The game is NOT enjoyable at all constant stutter when moving the camera
