Missing vet building , unable to purchase residential rental

Question

The whole vet building is missing from my game making it impossible to get my sick pet to the vet. Also, when buying a residential rental property my game lets me make the purchase, but when it starts loading to take me there the game stops loading and says there is an error and then says a restart is required.

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
What's the error you're getting ?
Is the vet building the only building that disappeared ? Do you have an empty lot there now ? What lot type does it have ?
