Just came across this weird bug where this TV, and only this TV has no pie menu, hover-over text or hover-over white outline.
I removed all mods, cleared the cache and the issue persis...

Follow-up: I just came across a thread where someone else had this issue and was directed to this thread: Can't interact in-game with marketplace bought kit items | EA Forums - 13282073
This kit I did not buy from the Marketplace, however. This was purchased in January, with a $5 coupon issued from completing an official survey.
I don't recall having this issue until very recently, either but I couldn't honestly pinpoint if any particular patch affected the TV and sofa.
