Moodlets/Quirk Notifications for infants after Infant has aged up

Xbox one, all packs. I aged up a sim from infant to YA in CAS and now she is constantly getting the notification "Quirk discovered: gassy" which is for infants, she will sit on the ground weirdly (...

My Teenage Sims are often sad because they want to try baby food instead of milk. I can't get rid of this sad buff which is normally for infants or toddlers.
