It is not the most recent objects that I have put down that disappear either. So it doesn't seem to be a Save-issue. Just now all terrain tool I had put in on a lot disappeared, but plants and trees and outdoor furniture stayed where they were supposed to be.
I did. They are not in the household inventory. In one build (the one i Northaven) I don't even have a inventory, since no Sims live there yet.
