The nannies won't go home and I keep dismissing them and they keep showing up in packs and they keep on forever making food and won't GTFO of the way so I can care for my helpless infants and babies!! Everytime I dismissed them it keeps taking money from me and if I keep dismissing them I'll be broke. Please fix this!! No I'm not on PC I'm playing on Xbox series X
I've had multiple nannies spawn in one of my households when that household had three infants. No matter what, they wouldn't leave, they wouldn't do their job and either stand around or head to the kitchen to make white cake. Dismissing them didn't work, either; they just kept coming back. The only thing that helped me get rid of them was to age up the kids to toddlers. The kids still need someone to take care of them, and nannies can still be super annoying and useless, but they are a bit easier to handle once infants age up to toddlers.
Also, you may want to buy the trait "free services". That way, you'll never have to pay for nannies again; Sims repairing stuff work for free, too. So do gardeners and maids. It's a really cool trait to have.
