This is how this shirt looks on sims as well.
Examples of how they look in Live Mode. I think the issue is with shear/layered textures. Mostly from MWS game pack, but there's a few from other packs and base game.
I reported this a while ago, but couldn't find my old thread, so I made another just in case.
Found some more issues with some outfits from Life and Death, and the New Royalty and Legacy pack.
