[MWS] Wedding Event UI menu blank when trying to marry Special NPC

Can not do/add wedding event. just a blank page that shows up. Got all Dlc's and gamepacks. plays on windows gaming pc. no mod no cc ever. The events i am trying to do comes in theSims4 My Weddi...

I'm having this issue as well, except neither of my Sims are "special" Sims...they are both ghosts though. I'm trying to do a Vow Renewal and I'm not able to because I get the same menu screen as everyone else has described.
