[NCQE] Did not receive Collectible Plaque

Same for me, the plaque didn't arrive in the mail.

Thank you for reporting this! I had the same issue and worry that I did something wrong for my household. But after I test the new family, it's still the same.

I tried another collection, such as a milk carton, then the plaque can be delivered the next day. So, I think it's not alright for the Touch Grass set.

I don't know how some people can get the plaque and upload it to the gallery. Or is it from a debug item? It's so frustrating if this issue happens randomly because they may never fix it for minor people.

For now, I will do the method mentioned in the main post, saving from the gallery.

Likewise, never received the plaque after completing the event. Have always received all plaques from collection completion prior to now, including all timed events. I have no mods and no custom content. Playing on PC.

Yes, same for me.  I completed that collection, no completion plaque.  I received the other 3, the Wreaths, Freezer Boneys, & the Milk Cartons, all 3 came the next mail time.  PC, no mods.  I thought it was me, glad it's not just me.  Same for me, for a quick fix, I got the Touch Grass Weekly completion plaque from the Gallery, although I wondered how that person got it.

Didn't receive the plaque either. This event was a little more buggy for me compared to the others, the point tracking was a bit off maybe the last three consumable rewards you get if you do all the optional dlc quests has kinda bugged out getting the plaque, I didn't do any of them so maybe it's acting like I didn't really complete the event 100% and that's why it didn't show up? I dunno 🤔

I got 100% of the event rewards even though I missed some optional quests (these were reset after the main quest finished). But I still didn't receive the plaque.

I also tested making another household complete the magazine collection after that. There was a notification about finishing it, but no plaque was delivered after a few days.

Weirdly, very few people are talking about this problem. But I can't find anyone who claims that they get the plaque in the gameplay for now. At least, no one is sharing here.

If anyone can get it, I want to know how they did. Or what they upload to the gallery is from a debug item.

I didnt know the optionals reset afterwards 😆 The quest track was completed for me after putting the magic beans in the stump. I got all the rewards apart from the retraiting potion, the simoleons and the aspiration points that were right at the end of the rewards panel, but I didn't do any of the three optional quests so just put that down to them being tied to me not having enough points to claim them. I didn't notice till playing last night that I haven't got the plaque for the milk cartons from the last event either, just the freezer boney and wreaths plaque 🤔

If you finish some of the optional rewards, you will know that each quest is not just one quest, but a sequence of quests. For example, if you buy the tent, the game will add another optional quest to sleep in the tent. That means you might miss more points than you thought.

I got a milk carton plaque after the event. But I had to let time pass for two days while I stayed in the same household. You may give milk cartons to another household and wait for the plaque. I already tested it to prove that the issue is only with the recent event. (I didn't test with my current household, just sandbox save)
