New update effecting the event

Ive been trying to fix this issue for 2 days now! It keeps saying I have to be online for me to claim my rewards but I've check all my connections, linked my ea account, deleted and reinstalled all of my game and packs, hard reseted my Xbox twice and made sure that everything is working. But still tells me the exact same thing every time, I don't know what else to do other than wait for a patch update and hope that fixes it 😭😭
