After I click on Give Birth, and I pick a name, the bassinet disappears and I cannot click on the baby. I can fix this by going into manage worlds and back, but it doesn't work when I had twins. One baby was fully there and the other fully deleted- not even showing up on the family tree. I don't have any mods, I tried moving the bassinet away from the walls, I factory reset the sims and recovered it through the EA app. I tried on new saves and the same thing started happening. I have the default settings and no custom music or content. It still isn't working and I'm really confused on what to try next.

Sorry for the late reply, I do not have Get to Work, and have always placed the bassinets before birth, unless twins were born and an additional bassinet was generated. The bassinet that was generated by the game was always the twin that fully disappeared. Even if I had multiple bassinets placed, they would always disappear. Thank you for the advice

Toadeatsloads I'm assuming that you are having the babies at the home lot. Are you placing bassinets before you give birth or is the game generating them during the birthing process? Whichever way it is with the bassinets, try the opposite to see if it still happens doing it that way. If you have Get to Work, that expansion gives you the hospital lot where you can have babies. Do you have any problems there?

I made the clean folder and then tested it on a new safe file
Did you just start a new save or try a clean folder ?
I just tried this with a new save file and the problem still happened, the baby and bassinet disappeared, thank you for the advice
