[NKSP] Cannot ship sold items from plopsy (Patch 1.76.81)

(dunno how to correct my original post) 

It's "when I click on the item and select "send on plopsy"", and not "when I click on the mailbox"

+ the sim is a teen living alone, I don't know if it's important or not

Have you tried replacing the mail box ?

So, I tried to send photographs and it worked (without having to replace the mailbox).

After replacing the mailbox I finally can send a knitted item. I haven't tried with other kind of items tho

After the recent update, my sims can no longer ship things? I dont have the new pack, and I play on an XBox. 

Im able to list stuff and i get notifications about buyer interest, but it won't let me ship it at all.

I can list things for sale on plopsy, but once some one wants to buy it, I can't sell it. The options is there, but I click on it and my sim doesn't do anything. This makes it impossible to complete Lord/ Lady of the Knits Aspiration

it wont let me ship thing to the buyer 

omg i noticed i had the same issue, and replacing the mail box actually fixes the bug! I deleted the default mail box and replaced to another one. thanks again 🗣️❤️
