[NKSP] [FR] [HSY] Residential Rental: Tenants can't send items on Plopsy/Trendi

My sim sells something and when I go to ship it the mailbox shows up and then cancels. I've tried moving the mailbox, placing the item out of the sims inventory and selling other items. I still recieve the same error.
