Recently purchased and downloaded the new Hobbies & Businesses. Auto updated the game and turned all and any mods of.
Started a new save game to prevent any interfering options and I've now played...
Ideas
Having the same issues after the latest patch update/latest EP (Hobbies & Businesses). I can't pay my bills (even when they owe me money.. smh). I get no notifications about the mailman, but I do get notifications about my power and water being cut off and that someone is coming over to take my stuff (don't ask how that ended up..).
I have removed my mods, repaired the game and cleared my cache, still having the same issue.
