So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran out of pregnancy test? did they all spoil befor the new shipment arrived?

Do you mean that there was no option to take a pregnancy test when you clicked on a toilet?
I had the same problem, the option came up after I tried for baby a second time. I'm not sure if it was trying again that made it come up or if a certain amount of time passing made it come up.
I'm having a bug that my female sim try to take a pregnancy test it doesn't show up to click on the toilet after try to have a baby with or without a mod.
I'm also having the same problem with two different sims. They each tried for baby with their partners twice and both times when I clicked on the toilet there was no option to take a pregnancy test.
I have the same problem since yesterday, and I suspect pregnancies get reset (so the Sim is no longer pregnant) if I switch households and the pregnancy hasn't yet been confirmed 'naturally'. It's very frustratring, since I'm finally successfully try rotational play and both Sims aren't pregnant yet because I switch before 24 hrs have passed. Hope it'll get fixed soon!
Only in that one save and no one gets the option, I Did click on the toilet and there was no option. In all attempts they glitched right after and it was a hot top woohoo. if that helps.

Having the same issue. It's multiple sims. It's when I click on the toilet - the option just doesn't show up 99% of the time. I've gotten it to show up once as an option, and my sim was pregnant, but when I went to manage worlds and came back (did not even switch active households), the sim was no longer pregnant.
