Happened to me too!  I never use mods and it occurs with every outfit 

I noticed in a modded game that a pregnant sim in the second trimester would lose their pregnant belly, and decided to investigate in an unmodded game. I tried a couple of possible causes and found that a costume change caused the pregnant sim to once again have a flat belly, though they would still have the pregnant walk.

Just noticed that there's an SDK entry on this version ID, never saw that before.

When my Sims get pregnant they aren't showing even when they should be.  Now, when I talk to another female sim, they are asking for their due date even when they aren't pregnant.

The ask for due date is a prankish/mischief interaction that can occur on any Sim 

No on the mods, etc.  It just started happening.
