I have tested on 3 platforms. Xbox, Playstation, and PC. Same for all three. Employment progress resets to average the very next day. Am at level 7 of three different careers (Secret Agent, Tech Guru, and Business). Getting raises but no real advancement toward promotion. Just keeps resetting.
