I'm having the same issue with 2 different households and 2 different career paths. My household in Sulani is stuck at Ocean Explorer (level 8) in Conservationist career. My other household in San Sequoia is stuck at Gavel Smasher (level 8) in Law career. Only receiving multiple raises despite completing all the requirements for promotions. Please fix this asap!
