I have also had this issue in the active Scientist career. PC player, no mods or cc. I do NOT have For Rent EP, Wedding Stories & Batuu GPs, or Luxury Party & Bowling Night SPs. OWNED kits: Little Campers, Throwback Fits, First Fits, Pastel Pop, Everyday Clutter, Bathroom Clutter, Grunge Revival, Book Nook, Storybook Nursery, Holiday Celebration, Comfy Gamer, Secret Sanctuary, Kitchen Clutter, and Restoration Workshop. Was getting promoted just fine, but now can't get past level 9. Won't let me attach the pic, but when I hover over the job icon in the career panel it says, "Scientist (9), Mad Scientist +12".
