Since the newest update on 3rd Feburary 2026 the option "physical intimacy" is not avaiable. Sometimes it pops up, but then the sim can only offer a massage.
I did all the troubleshooting steps, Mods and CC are not involved in the bug.
Are you able to check your sims' family tree and verify that the two you're trying to have romantic interactions with aren't now labeled as siblings?
