You say you have no mods/cc. Usually this IS mods related so, did you never have mods in or remove them ?
Also do you have the issue for every couple or just one ?
I have never downloaded or used mods/cc. I may have innocently downloaded cc through the exchange. I did check, and I had a mod folder, but I have since deleted it.
In reference to the second question, the problem is currently with one couple. I had them break up, and the one sim started a new relationship with a brand new sim. I had no problem, but after a while, the problem occurred again.
