since the July 1st update this has not been an option for me. has really gotten in the way of gameplay for me!
I've been experiencing the same issues as other people with pregnancy tests not being there and drag not always being an option.

Could you provide the following info
- Did you test another household to see if it works for them ?
- (If you use mods): How did you remove your mods/cc ? Disable or move folder to the desktop - and delete localthumbcache file ?
- Do you not have it on any of the Sims on the household or just the one you want to move out ?
yes i have tested all of those. not an option anywhere for everyone, mods or not
