Per this post Sims stretch while doing interactions (Reason Unknown) I am creating a new bug report, because I don't see this specific issue listed anywhere else
This child was taking a selfie (she's not part of my sim's household so I'm just assuming based on the animation) and stretched up into the air (she's also hovering a bit from the floor)
