I found another world placement bug, this time in Oasis Springs. Right in the open world environment, directly in front of the Landgraab estate, there are two outdoor lamps completely floating in mid-air.
They are not attached to the ground or placed properly on the terrain at all; they are just hovering in the void. I tested this in a brand-new, clean BG save file without any Mods or CC, and the glitch is still there, so it's definitely a development oversight in the world map mesh. I am attaching screenshots to show the exact location.
