Occult Form features don't match between occult and regular form

The facial features like eyes, chin and cheeks I place my fairy sims won't match between regular and fairy forms.  Edit By Crinrict: Added pack tag to title, adjusted title

I'm experiencing this same issue with no mods, and linked sims.
