oh I see. No I doubt I ever have any extra to sell. I do make the eco friendly parts on the fabricator and make sure everything is upgraded eco energy and water efficient which reduces bills. I just realized I hadn't put up solar panels yet but I am not going to change anything while testing this. I just got the next bills and as I said I made sure everyone was at home. Here is the screenshot for that.
This bill is the normal range. I am going to do one more on the next bill and make sure my sims are not at home like you mentioned and see if that changes anything.

So the usual I am used to my sim paying is pretty much this, around 90K after all the tax breaks he gets.
